Anne-Marie has 34+ years of experience in the jewelry industry & used her passion to start this business 25 years ago. She is thankful for the amazing people she has met & the opportunities that she has been given to make people's visions of jewelry a reality.

Alyssa is Anne-Marie's oldest daughter. She graduated from Ohio University in 2017 with a degree in Marketing & now manages all Marketing, sales floor, & behind the scenes duties. She officially joined the team in October 2019!

Lauren is Anne-Marie's second child. She graduated from Kent with a Communications degree in May of 2020 & completed The Graduate Bench Jeweler program at New Approach School for Jewelers in Tennessee in fall of 2020. She is our full time bench jeweler & we are so excited to share her talent with you all!

Elaine is Anne-Marie's mother. She has managed the office since Anne-Marie opened 25 years ago. We have no idea what we would do without her "get it done" attitude. Her motto is "a place for everything and everything in its place."

Clara has 35+ years experience in the jewelry industry. She & Anne-Marie worked together at Hartville Coin Exchange. Clara is an expert buyer with a wealth of knowledge to provide the perfect pieces to reflect your personality.

Kathleen is a lifetime friend of Anne-Marie's family that has been with her from day one. She is Anne-Marie's "second mom" & was the first employee that Anne-Marie hired. Kathleen manages inventory & is customer service driven to help people find exactly what they are looking for.

Hattie has been with the team for nearly 13 years. She is also a long friend of Anne-Marie's family. She thrives in behind the scenes tasks, as well as sales floor tasks to ensure your experience goes smoothly. 

Chris joined the team in 2017 & has prior experience in the jewelry industry. She has always loved jewelry & started out as a customer & friend of the family. Chris carefully inspects incoming repairs among many other tasks & you will see her smiling face on the sales floor.
